Do you want to learn to drive? If so then you’ll need to start doing a bit of research. Firstly, you will need to apply for your provisional driving licence. This can be obtained from the DVLA. You will need to provide certain information on the application form including a passport sized photograph in order to get your provisional licence. Once you have received your licence, you can then start looking into contacting different driving instructors who are located in your area of Streatham, Putney or Kingston. They will be happy to oblige you and provide you with driving lessons. Some driving instructors in these areas will offer you a number of lessons which you can buy in bulk or you can pay for your lessons on an individual basis. Most driving instructors will recommend that you need between 25 and 30 hours of tuition in order to be fully prepared for your practical driving test. Your driving instructor will advise you when they think you are ready to put in for your practical driving test.
