Home Learners Guide A Final Note

I learn to drive comfortably under the guidance of affinity driving school

My first experience with Suresh Dharmarajan as my driving instructor with Affinity Driving School removed any doubts from my mind whether I would be able to learn to drive. Although professionalism is practised throughout he still manages to make you feel comfortable, confident and motivated to learn and move on to the next skill required to pass the driving test.

A Final Note

Whilst there are many important factors that must be taken into consideration when searching for a driving instructor, it is a relatively painless process.

One quick phone call with a few questions answered should give you a good idea whether you would like to proceed with this particular driving school.

Very often, driving schools offer a trial lesson with an instructor to see how you get on. This is often offered at a discounted rate. Have a look out for this offer as it might really help. If you decide you cannot learn with that instructor, then there is no harm done, you can simply look elsewhere.

Once you have decided where you will be learning, it might be sensible to block book lessons as this often saves a considerable amount of money. The number of lessons in a block varies from school to school, so you must ask on the phone for this. It might also be worthwhile checking to see what happens if you have to cancel a lesson at the last minute, and if this incurs a charge.

Hopefully this guide has provided some valuable insight into what to look for from a driving school. All people are different and have different preferences, so it is really a personal choice as to what specifics you are looking for from your driving school.

Keep in mind that driving is not meant to be stressful and exhausting, and if you are struggling with it, it might be worth considering a different instructor, a different type of course or even a different car altogether.

Otherwise, enjoy it, have fun and of course...good luck!
