...a quality driving instructor..I had Suresh as my driving instructor. He is undoubtedly one of the best in business. What I liked about him was his professionalism. Unlike most other schools who are trying to fleece you by asking you to sign up for more classes than you need, Suresh told me during our first class that I needed another couple of classes since I had been driving abroad for the last 8 years. He understands your weak points well and will drill it down your head till you amend them. I found his constructive criticism very helpful. He's well spoken and doesn't get upset even if you keep committing the same mistake. All in all, I would unreservedly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent driving instructor. We are delighted to be able to serve the area of Mitcham (CR4) with both automatic and manual driving lessons. Please see the information below which is intended to help develop your key driving competencies further. It has been provided by our fully DSA-licensed driving instructors.
Victoria Road is ideal for this.
Begin on Edenvale Road which emerges left on to Ashbourne Road, and then take the first left on to Stanley Road. From here, take the first left on to Milton Road which will emerge right on to Edenvale Road. At the end of this road, emerge right on to St. Barnabus Road, and take the first right back on to Stanley Road. The next right on to Milton Road allows the student to turn back on to Edenvale Road. Steering, MSPSL and Peep and Creep techniques can be practiced here.
The crossroads where Edenvale Road and St Barnabus meet are appropriate to illustrate priorities and the importance of extra observation when negotiating crossroads.
When two cars meet and yet there is only room for one to pass, this is known as meeting
traf?c. The body language of the other car is key to knowing how to proceed safely. A good place for practicing this technique safely is St Barnabus Road and Gorringe Park Avenue.
The roundabout where Streatham Road, London Road, Locks Lane and Eveline Road meet is good for demonstrating priorities, positioning and the correct signaling when applied for a particular exit.
Holborn Way and Upper Green West hold many crossings and different signals, and how to act according to the road markings. This road also enables planning issues to
be addressed.
The corner of Victoria Road and Heathfield Drive is a good spot for reversing around a corner. Additionally the corner of Victoria Road and Friday Road is suitable. The turn in the road can be practiced on Victoria Road as can parallel parking.
