“Nothing but praise for Suresh”From the very first lesson I felt really comfortable with Suresh as my driving tutor. His level of professionalism and knowledge of his job makes him one of the best in the business. He makes his student feel comfortable behind the wheel and doesn't waste time doing things the student knows how to do already. His dedication to his job is what makes him so good and was very flexible with me regarding booking times and although a lot of my lessons were very late because of my work commitments he never put pressure and bent over backwards to commit his time to helping me pass {even putting himself out}. Every part of driving was examined and guided through with precise and accurate teaching. I knew nothing about driving and he helped me through not only the driving but helped me breeze through the theory test. I highly recommend not only Affinity but Suresh to any new or experienced driver. I have nothing but praise for him and his style of teaching and thank him for helping me though what is a very difficult test. Michael Taylor, Chelsea, London |

Sabine Road is ideal for getting to grips with moving off and stopping as well as for learning the controls of the car. For uphill starts, Theatre Street is perfect.
Sabine Road is the start of a suitable circuit for practicing left and right turns. From Sabine Road, turn left on to Grayshott Road which turns right directly on to Ashbury Road. We recommend then taking the second right onto Brassey Square. At the end of this road emerge left on to Sabine Road again and then take the first right on to Brassey Square, from where if you emerge left the student will be back on Ashbury Road. Continue along the Ashbury Road until you meet the crossroads, where the road meets with Grayshott Road. At this point, continue ahead to then emerge left on to Eversleigh Road. Emerging left here returns the student to Sabine Road. Steering, MSPSL and Peep and Creep techniques can be practiced here.
Queenstown Road, Lavender Hill, Cedars Road and Wandsworth Road provide a multitude of crossroads where the student can learn about priorities and the extra observation required in order to negotiate them safely. Handling right-to-right crossroads can be illustrated here also.
When two cars meet and yet there is only room for one to pass, this is known as meeting traf?c. The body language of the other car is key to knowing how to proceed correctly. A good place for practicing this technique safely is Parkgate Road.
There is a roundabout situated where Queenstown Road and Prince of Wales Drive meet that is ideal for illustrating priorities and practicing the correct signals and positioning to negotiate roundabouts safely.
Wandsworth Road provides plenty of crossings and signals for the student to become familiar with. This route also allows planning issues to be addressed.
Brassey Square meets Morrison at the perfect spot to practice reversing around a corner. Parallel parks can be carried out safely in Eversleigh Road and turns in the road are appropriate for Brassey Square.
